About the Course
Food Safety Training it is a legal requirement that staff involved in a food environment are trained and/or supervised commensurate with their work activity. The responsibility for the supervision and training of staff lies with the proprietor of the food business.
This course covers level 1 & 2 skills required for all employees working in food service, retail, and manufacturing sectors and meets the exact requirements of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s guidelines on food safety training.

With a total of 15 years of experience in learning and development, seven of those, were spent in Ireland's hospitality industry, where both the customer and employee experiences conformed with Health & Safety regulations.
