It was developed to teach you more about the procedures, rights, and obligations related to the duties that the role requires, providing you with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to be able to understand the Team Leader's responsibilities to perform the tasks accordingly and comprehend the Health & Safety policies, in addition in how to Manage challenging employees
